Starlight Scholar, God’s Champions
Good morning, dear children, teachers, parents, and friends.
Today is a very special day. We are here to celebrate YOU – our bright and brilliant Starlight Scholars. Some of you have performed exceptionally well over the past year, and we are incredibly proud of your achievements. Some of you have struggled and not performed as well – we see you, we believe in you, and we are committed to helping you improve.
In the coming days, we will meet with you and your parents to explore ways we can further support you, so that you, too, can rise and shine.
At CODEF, we believe that every child is created by God to be a champion. That means you are made to be excellent, kind, and full of purpose. And with Jesus by your side, there is no limit to how far you can go.
The Bible says in Daniel 1:17, “God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom.” Daniel was a young boy like you, and because he walked with God, he became ten times better than all the others in his school. That’s what we pray for you, too!
So how can you be like Daniel?
• Talk to Jesus every day. He loves you and wants to help you.
• Ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand your schoolwork.
• Be kind, respectful, and helpful at school, at home, and everywhere you go.
• Work hard and always try your best.
• Join CODEF programs and be part of our champion family.
We believe in you. We expect you to be at the top of your class, to behave well, and to be examples of godly children. You are not just students – you are future leaders, changemakers, and champions of destiny!
And now, we have some exciting news! CODEF is awarding 20 additional scholarships to support more children like you. Isn’t that amazing? We want to help even more young champions grow in God’s wisdom, love, and purpose.
We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to Fr. Nico and the school management. Thank you for walking with us, for believing in this vision, and for helping us support these wonderful children. We are grateful for your partnership and look forward to continuing to grow together.
Dear children, remember: the key to success is not just being smart – it’s knowing Jesus, walking with Him every day, and trusting Him to help you shine. You are stars in His sky. Keep shining!
