Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials.
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Participate in tender bidding processes and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Develop and maintain compliance metrics to support business operations.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with tender bidding and compliance metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Background:
Degree in Social Sciences or Law.
